When you order SHARP LENSE, you’re not just buying gear — you’re unlocking a new way to experience the night. That’s why we make sure every package is packed with care, processed quickly, and delivered reliably.

Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your order and what to expect.


🕒 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.

This includes order confirmation, quality checks, packing, and handoff to the shipping carrier.
Orders placed after 12 PM (PST) on Friday, or over the weekend, begin processing the next business day. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on the way.


🚚 Delivery Time & Carriers

We currently offer standard domestic shipping across the U.S., U.K., E.U., and Canada.

  • U.S. Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • U.K./E.U./Canada: 5–10 business days

We partner with trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL, depending on your region, to ensure secure and timely delivery.


🔍 Tracking Your Shipment

Once your package ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email with a link to monitor delivery progress in real time.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking email.

If you don’t receive shipping details within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at support@sharplense.com.


⚠️ Delays or Delivery Issues

While we strive to meet all estimated shipping timelines, delays can occasionally happen due to:

  • Local courier issues

If your package is delayed or marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out — we’re here to help file a claim or investigate with the carrier.


📍 Address Accuracy

To avoid delays or misdelivery, please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout — including apartment or unit numbers.

We’re not responsible for shipping errors due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Packages returned to sender

If you need to make a change after ordering, email us right away. If the item hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update it.
