At HYHY, we’re committed to helping you explore with confidence — day or night. That’s why every product is backed by a 3-Year Limited Warranty that protects you from defects in materials or craftsmanship. Because your adventures deserve gear that lasts.


🔍 What’s Covered?

We offer a 3-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery on all SHARP LENSE binoculars.

This warranty covers manufacturer-related defects in:

  • Electronic components (IR light, display, control buttons)

  • Focus and zoom mechanisms

  • USB-C charging port and internal wiring

  • Built-in lithium battery (5000mAh)

  • Lens or sensor defects that impact core function

If something goes wrong under normal use, we’ll repair or replace your unit — free of charge.


⚠️ What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and cosmetic scuffs

  • Physical damage due to drops or impact

  • Water damage from submersion

  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper charging

  • Third-party repairs or alterations

We design SHARP to handle real-world use, but we cannot cover issues caused by accidents or improper handling.


🧾 How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Reach out to support@hyhytech.com with the following:

  • Your name and order number

  • Photos or video showing the issue

  • A brief explanation of what happened

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days to guide you through the process.


🔁 What Happens Next?

If your claim is approved, we’ll either:

  • Repair the device

  • Replace it with a new one

  • Offer a store credit or refund (if a replacement isn’t available)

We’ll also cover shipping costs for approved resolutions.


🌍 U.S. Warranty Coverage

Our 3-Year Warranty applies to orders shipped within the United States. For international support, please contact us directly — we’re happy to help where possible.
